As we’ve mentioned before, we LOVE when we can be an integral part of our clients life and rarely is that more evident than with Derek & Quinae (aka the King & Queen of Atlanta). From their engagement session, to their wedding, to a field day at the school Quinae taught at and everything in between, these two have always turned to us to capture their most important moments. So, when they reached out and said they wanted to be extra fabulous for their Christmas photos this year, we knew just what to do! Thanks to fellow photographer Liz Erikson and Airbnb host Amie Carter, we were able to capture their family session at TreeHausATL, a gorgeous 5 acre treehouse oasis in Smyrna, GA (a stone’s throw away from Cumberland Mall, The Battery & the Braves’ Truist Park). Consisting of a wrap-around porch, wooded views and all the amenities one would need, it turned into their tranquil home-away-from-home.
