Although we’re known for our engagement, wedding & family photography, we also enjoy real estate photography. The angles and lighting used to bring out the details in a house-turned-home allow us to use another side of our creativity that we truly enjoy. For the past year or so, we’ve had the honor of photographing houses for local real estate guru Rodarius Mitchell of Rich Realty Investments. From flipping houses to bringing back a million-dollar mansion to its former glory, he definitely has an eye & a passion that is hard to come by in the current climate (he started this journey with negative -$210 in his account and his business is now worth over $1,000,000 in less than 2 years). Recently, we collaborated to bring to life a gorgeous home in the East Cobb area. Currently listed at $629,900, Rodarius knew exactly what this house needed to take it from a neglected relic of the 90s to a home fit for a growing family in a glowing neighborhood.
