We love when we are given the opportunity to pay it forward, and we were able to do just that last year with Angel Ride 99. Angel Ride is a Non-Profit 501C that holds an annual fundraiser to benefit someone in the community that is facing a hardship. More than a motorcycle ride, it is a chance for the community to come together, support, lift up, raise money, share God’s blessings and change a life for the better. Last year, their fundraiser was to benefit our dear friend (and bridesmaid at our wedding) Alannah, who is awaiting a heart transplant since being diagnosed with cancer as a child. Regardless of her medical circumstances, she is easily one of the sweetest and strongest women I know. So, when the McPherson’s bid on the family session we offered, we were over the moon! A sweet blended family, I had a wonderful time capturing them at Sell’s Mill Park with the subtle autumn foliage and tranquil waterfall as a backdrop.
