Whether it’s the classic Romeo & Juliet or the modern retelling in West Side Story with Maria & Tony, the names Maria & Romeo conjure up thoughts of unwavering love and passion for literary fans of all ages. So, when we captured Maria & Romeo’s intimate wedding, the deep love they share for one another (and their adorable son) was palpable. Although the current pandemic forced them to reschedule their big day, they didn’t let that faze them. As a mariachi band serenaded them and authentic Mexican tacos were prepared on the patio, it was the perfect way to celebrate a love story years in the making, while beginning the next chapter of their journey.
