Anytime I am granted the opportunity to capture a session in a long-awaited location, I always approach the day with a bit more excitement, and I was blessed enough to do that with Elizabeth & Landon’s wedding. Although their wedding ceremony took place at the awesome Circus School of Atlanta (which is a beautiful old church), I was especially excited to capture their portraits at the historic Oakland Cemetery! As we explored the grounds for gorgeous stonework engraved with Elizabeth’s new last name (Harris), I learned that these two are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Elizabeth especially is never afraid to speak her mind and has actually taught me a few things about my home state that I didn’t know. She’s a powerful force for change!
