In the warm embrace of spring’s blossoms, I had the privilege of photographing Sofia, a radiant high school graduate whose journey I’ve watched unfold since she was a curious toddler. From teaching me how to operate a DVD player at just 19 months old, to blossoming into a poised young woman, Sofia exudes a natural grace that lights up every frame. As she struck poses in the park, her mother Morgan, a college friend of mine, beamed with pride. With plans to attend Georgia State University, following in her mother’s footsteps, Sofia embodies determination and grace. Witnessing her growth, I am filled with pride for the remarkable person she has become.
